Muffin Tin Tacos

Muffin Tin Tacos adapted from the 7 Day Clean Eating Challenge on Body Rock

Ingredients:

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

 

  • 1 pound ground turkey

 

 

  • 2 tablespoons cumin

 

 

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder

 

 

  • 1 tablespoon paprika

 

 

  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder

 

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes

 

 

  • Lettuce and tomatoes for topping

 

 

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees

 

  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground turkey

  • Add seasoning and mix well

  • Place two wonton wrappers in each muffin cup

  • Spoon turkey mixture into each cup

  • Bake for 15 minutes until corners are golden brown

  • Top with your favorite taco toppings
